01How to delete your Ring Ping account
- Android app — open Ring Ping, tap your profile picture → Settings → Delete account, then confirm.
- Website — sign in at ringping.space, open Settings → Privacy → Delete account and type your email to confirm.
- Can’t sign in? — contact us through bhavishyasingla.com from the email address on the account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
02What is deleted
- Your account profile — name, email address and profile photo.
- Everything synced to the account — events, alarms, call history (answered and missed calls) and items in the Recycle bin.
- Devices and sessions — every signed-in phone and browser, plus sign-in methods (password, Google link) and pending codes.
- Related cloud data — sync records and preferences such as theme and call settings.
03Deletion is permanent
- Account deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone. If you might want your data later, download a copy first in Settings → Privacy (web).
- Events and alarms that only exist on a phone that never signed in stay on that phone; uninstalling the app removes them.
- Short-lived security records (for example counts of recent sign-in attempts) expire on their own within 24 hours.
04Delete some data, keep the account
- Delete all events & alarms — Settings → Privacy in the app or on the web (they go to the Recycle bin for 30 days).
- Empty the Recycle bin — Settings → Recycle bin, to remove deleted items immediately.
