Terms of Use

Using Ring Ping

Ring Ping helps you remember things by calling your phone. You are responsible for the events and alarms you create and for keeping your account secure.

Important: not for emergencies

Calls depend on your phone being on, charged, connected where needed and allowed to run alarms and show full-screen calls. Do not rely on Ring Ping for medical, safety-critical or emergency reminders.

Accounts

You can sign up with email or with Google. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You can delete your account at any time.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, try to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, create accounts in bulk, or access other people’s accounts.

Your content

Your events and alarms belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service.

Availability

We work hard to keep Ring Ping running but provide it “as is”, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features and will try to give notice of significant changes.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Ring Ping is not liable for missed reminders or for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top. Continuing to use Ring Ping means you accept the updated terms.
